Effective date: September 26, 2026 · Version: 2026-09-26
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Uddokta OS (“dekho.ai”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account (including by signing in with Google, Facebook, Apple or another provider), ticking the box to agree, clicking “I Agree”, or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must accept them before you use the service or make any payment. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
dekho.ai is a research tool for short-form and long-form video creators. It tracks public channels on third-party platforms (including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook), surfaces videos that outperform a channel’s own norm, retrieves publicly available transcripts, and uses artificial intelligence to produce summaries, hooks, scripts, thumbnails and related creative material. Features, limits and pricing may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly through email at noreply@dekhoai.live or the “Report a bug” option in the app if you suspect unauthorized use.
- One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Paid introductory period and automatic conversion to a subscription
Please read this section carefully — you are charged today, and your introductory period converts into a recurring paid subscription automatically.
- The introductory period is not free. Starting it requires a valid payment card, and the introductory fee shown to you in the app is charged immediately when you start. That fee buys access for the stated number of days only.
- When the introductory period ends, your account automatically continues on our standard paid plan and your card is charged the then-current price for a full billing period, which may be an annual period charged in advance as a single payment — unless you cancel before the introductory period ends. No further action or confirmation is required from you for this charge to occur. The exact length, plan name, billing interval and price are shown to you in the app before you start, and that disclosure forms part of these Terms.
- The subscription then renews automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings in one click. Cancelling before the introductory period ends prevents the subscription charge, but the introductory fee you already paid is not refunded.
- We may limit the introductory offer to one per person, per payment card and per device, and may refuse or revoke one we believe is being abused.
- If we change the plan, billing interval or price your introductory period converts into, we will show you the new terms before you start.
4. Credits, plans, billing and refunds
- Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method, including the introductory fee and the automatic charge at the end of the introductory period described in section 3.
- Credits fuel AI actions (analysis, hooks, scripts, thumbnails, video, transcription and similar). Credit costs per action are shown in the app and may be adjusted as our own costs change.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle; credits bought in a credit pack do not expire while your account is open. All credits end on account closure.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with AI output.
- You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- use the service to harass, defame, deceive, or generate content that is hateful, sexually exploitative, or promotes violence or self-harm;
- resell, sublicense, scrape, or bulk-export the service or its data, or use it to build a competing product;
- circumvent credit limits, rate limits or access controls; probe, load-test, or attack the service; or introduce malware;
- misrepresent AI-generated material as human-made where that is deceptive or unlawful;
- violate the terms of any third-party platform whose public data is shown in the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice.
6. Third-party platforms and data
The service displays and processes information from third-party platforms that we do not control. That data is retrieved through third-party providers (for example, scraping and data vendors such as Apify) and public APIs. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, availability, or that our access will continue. Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.
7. AI-generated output
- AI output can be wrong, biased, outdated, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before you rely on or publish it.
- Output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Fact-check claims, statistics and quotes.
- As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law and by our AI providers, you own the output you generate from your own inputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of it does not infringe third-party rights.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your content.
8. Your content and licence to us
You keep ownership of the briefs, prompts, uploads and other materials you put into the service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure and improve the service and to comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content.
9. Accounts you sign in with or connect
- If you sign in with Google, Facebook, Apple or another provider, or connect a channel or social account to dekho.ai, you authorize us to receive the information that provider shares with your permission, such as your name, email address, profile photo, account ID and, for connected channels, audience and performance statistics.
- We use that information to run your account and the service, to improve our product, and to market dekho.ai to you (for example product updates, tips and offers). You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- You can disconnect a connected account at any time in the app or in that provider’s own settings. Your use of each provider remains subject to its own terms.
10. Security and data incidents
- We maintain reasonable technical and organizational security measures, described in the Privacy Policy. However, no service connected to the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, devices and connected third-party accounts secure, and for telling us promptly through email at noreply@dekhoai.live or the “Report a bug” option in the app if you suspect unauthorized use.
- If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to contain it, and notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uddokta OS is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to, or alteration, disclosure or loss of, your data or account caused by third parties (for example hackers) or by events outside our reasonable control, provided we have maintained the security measures described in the Privacy Policy. Any liability we do have for a security incident is subject to the limitation of liability in section 14.
11. Analytics and cookies
We use first- and third-party analytics (including PostHog and Google Analytics), cookies and similar technologies, and may record de-identified session activity (with input fields masked) to understand usage and improve the product. Where required, we ask for your consent first through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual property
The service, its software, design, and branding are owned by Uddokta OS and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uddokta OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (US$50). This limit applies to all claims, including claims relating to security incidents or data breaches. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Uddokta OS and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.
17. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms. If a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) and, where required, ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE — see note below], without regard to conflict-of- law rules. The courts located in [COUNTRY / STATE — see note below] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
19. General
- If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor.
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
